I had nose surgery and my front view..ㅠ

Everyone says I look really pretty after my nose surgery, and I'm somewhat satisfied with it, but
 I actually don't have much interest in my profile and when I look at it from the front, my nose looks like a triangle. I wanted to get rid of it, but
 my nostrils still feel somewhat round?

 I feel something like this. How should I solve this?
Originally, when I had rhinoplasty, my nose got higher and my nostrils got tighter, so I thought this would be resolved...ㅜ
 Every hospital I went to told me not to reduce my nostrils and that if I did, it would make them too thin. Is this just something I was born with...ㅠㅠ
