Is this normal for septum lengthening surgery? Is it a side effect?

3 month chime! It's been 3 months and I thought my nose was going to wave,
 so I dug it out. So, the cartilage on the left side of
 the septum is sticking out. Especially, it's sticking out more towards the inside of the nostril, so it's interfering with breathing. I looked up the article and it said that there are cases like this when the septum is extended, but this is a common phenomenon. Ini..?
 
Secondly, it feels like the columella and the tip of the nose are all pulled out?
 It's okay when you're still, but when you smile, the bridge of your nose goes up or moves when you talk, but the columella and the tip of your nose are fixed, so it's like a witch's nose...
