Megaderm - manufactured by Korean LNC Bio
Allodem - manufactured by American Allergan (merger), I found
out while going around that
some doctors prefer Megaderm while others prefer Allodem.
Is this because of some kind of lobbying or a conflict of interest with the company?
In any case, it is a product made by processing donated dermis from corpses and
hospitals receive it... Hmm...
Reason for preferring Megaderm: Different processing method from Allodem -> Less absorbent than Allodem
Reason for preferring Allodem: Based on the doctor's own experience, it causes less inflammation than Megaderm(?)
