Factory type dermatology Am I the only one who does this?

Specialist hospitals only go to areas where the treatment is difficult or important, and

 performed at factory-type hospitals. Today, when it was time to do botox for wrinkles,
 I went to a chain factory-type hospital near my house that performs the procedure
 at an event. As I sat down and received the treatment, I realized it was a man's voice... The procedure was performed by someone other than
 the designated female director.
 This is the first time at this hospital, but has this happened at other factory-type hospitals
