Anyone who has had nose surgery and has a headache?

It's now the 3rd day since the surgery on Saturday (excluding the day of the surgery).
 I slightly grinded the beak and
 placed silicone ear cartilage on the tip of my nose. Yesterday, the 2nd day, I went to
 have it disinfected. After the disinfection, I had a headache.
 Until then, there was no major pain other than a little soreness in my ear. I had an
 ear bandage. Yesterday,
 I didn't put a cotton ball in my nose to begin with,
 so I was able to breathe. The left side of my nose was swollen, but there was no problem with my breathing.
 Today, I slept lying down for the first time.
 But my face wasn't swollen, and I guess it's because I went to work yesterday and could only sleep at 4 o'clock. Today, my face is swollen and I have a headache. I have a stuffy nose.
 Will this go away??ㅠㅠ
 How long will it take for it to go away?ㅠㅠ
