From the day of surgery to the 6th day, the writing was completed by revising everything in one post.
A review I am writing to remember (੭´̈ ᐜ `̈)੭⁾⁾
• Day 7 (First hospital visit after surgery)
: Today, I finished removing all the tape that was stuck to my armpits and here and there.
I kept the corrective bra as is and started wearing it with an additional upper band.
Maybe it's because I put too much pressure on it, but my right side is especially sore and I'm having a sore throat, so I'm trying to loosen it up a bit. In particular, the right side is slightly more convex and the swelling is less severe. I looked it up and found that the more you use your arm, the less it falls out. I'm right-handed, so I tried using my right side, but my right side was particularly stiff and phlegmatic, and the left side was relatively more painful.
I am waiting and believing that the swelling will gradually go down (੭´̈ ᐜ `̈)੭⁾⁾
And today I received the medicine separately prescribed by the hospital. Start eating.
•Day 8-9
: To be honest, even after 7 days, there is not much pain, just discomfort, so I don't write reviews often anymore. First of all, I reduced the upper band even more than on the 7th day, and even though I reduced it, there was no stuffiness/stiffness. If you think it's too hard, I think you can just press it in the beginning and gradually reduce it after that!
I'm still tightening it, but it's so tight that it's not like I'm dying, so I can live with it. I wish the doctor would have told me that my upper bulge went down a lot during the second week.
•Days 10-12
: The upper band just bothers me, I can live with it now!
I really think I know why people don't come back to the site when they recover and the surgery goes well hahahahaha I'm gradually getting used to it, the pain is decreasing, and the swelling seems to be going down, so I don't use it anymore.
•Day 13-14
: The sports bra that I was told to buy after deciding that my upper bulge had gone down a lot and I no longer needed to wear a correction bra and upper band? I started wearing underwear that didn't have wires and seemed to gather something.
But I feel like I'm back to the beginning again ㅜ_ㅜ Of course, it's never as hard as it was in the beginning and I can't move, but the underwear itself feels like it's shaping my breasts, so the pain + stiffness + phlegm started again.
I feel like my chest is moving as I adjust it... I think I'll have to get used to it for about a week...
