Anyone familiar with nose sculpting injections?

I had a nose job last year, and it's been almost a year since I had it done, and I had it contoured not long ago, about 13 days ago? But after doing the contouring, I like the shape of my face and my face got smaller, but maybe that's why my nose looks too bigㅠ It looks puffy... I also had rhinoplasty to reduce the bridge of my noseㅠ but my profile is pretty from the side, so I don't want to have another surgery. I wish I could just reshape my nose from the front. When I look at itㅠ Is there a procedure I can do if I don't want my nose to look blocky even after rhinoplasty? Are nose sculpting injections like nose botox? Please tell me ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ The skin on my nose is thick and hard.
