Upper eyelid under-eye fat relocation fat grafting side effects

I had surgery last Saturday.
 They said that fat grafting was done to the area under the eyes and eyelids during the surgery.
 On Friday, symptoms of heat, swelling, lumps, and redness appeared in the fat transplant area, so on Saturday, the stitches could not be removed and I received an antibiotic injection and went home.
 Over the weekend, the antibiotics didn't seem to work well and
 my symptoms didn't improve, so I looked into it and found that many of the side effects were similar to mine.
 They say
that fat engraftment takes a long time, but
 I think you can only take the next action after determining
 whether it will get better if left as is or if it is already wrong
