Is double eyelid consultation usually this rough?

I went to three places
 , two of them were male doctors.
 One of them said that I had done too much double eyelid surgery and that I
 definitely need epicanthoplasty to get rid of my Mongolian fold, but
 epicanthoplasty won't work.
 If I wanted to get an upper eyelid surgery, I would need an epicanthoplasty, but
 he only recommended
 buried eyelid surgery
. I don't think the other one had even
 done a third of the surgery, so he checked my lines a few times and
 said that my eyes are good for double eyelid surgery and that I
 should get an upper eyelid surgery and buried
 eyelid surgery
. The first one, when I asked around online communities,
 one of them said that it was a hospital that would soon be blacklisted and told me to go somewhere else, so I'm a little worried.
 The second one, since it's a large hospital with 5 doctors,
 I'm a little worried that a ghost doctor might do it.
