Have you ever had pain in your nose after nose surgery?

First of all, it's been exactly 30 days since my nose surgery!
I didn't remove the stitches because they were soluble threads, but after taking the splint off, at some point, a snot started forming on the area where I had applied the eye ointment. But on the 14th day, when I
 
touched the inside of my right nose, it started to tingle and hurt. It was normally fine, but when I touched it, it hurt. .. I inquired at the hospital and they said it was most likely just dryness and suggested I go to a nearby ENT clinic. But my house is in a very rural area, so there's a good otolaryngology clinic nearby, but they said they don't provide nose cleaning or treatment after plastic surgery...ㅠ Because I'm an office worker, I can't go to the hospital often, so I just wash my face, and if a booger comes out, I get rid of it, and it got better.
But since a few days ago, the inside of my left nose, the mucous membrane at the end, has been hurting...ㅠㅠ (the part marked in red) This area is usually fine, but when I touch it with a cotton swab or my hand, it feels tingly and painful... It's not bleeding from the nose, but I tried lightly swiping it with a cotton swab dipped in saline solution .
 There's blood on the dirt... I honestly understand the end part, but I can't understand why that part of the outer mucous membrane hurts... ㅠㅠㅠ
 
Ah, my nose is really stressed... Is there anyone who has experienced pain in the same area as me?? Should I just go to the plastic surgery clinic where I had the surgery and get treatment?
