I've suffered from rhinitis my whole life, and it was really hard to breathe, whether it was in school or in the military. After I became an adult, in 2012, an acquaintance of mine in Seoul had plastic surgery and a functional nose job at an otolaryngology clinic that said it was good. I was able to breathe well, but I had a columbine problem. My nose was so crooked that when I looked at it from below, it looked like a monster, like a deformed child.
