Are the side effects of hooked nose plastic surgery serious??

My nose bridge is high, but the tip of my nose is not down. It's just a normal nose, but it has a slightly hooked nose. It's not noticeable when you look at it from the front, but when you look at it from the side, the bridge of my nose is slightly down?? So, I'm thinking about doing it, but honestly, I'm so afraid of the side effects that I can't do it easily. Do hooked noses have more severe side effects than other plastic surgery? Also, the side of the nose has a hooked beak, so the bridge of the nose is hard to see. It's a big nose. Are there people who don't want a nose with an unnatural nose bridge, but just want to shave off the hooked beak a little, so they only cut the beak?
