Can anyone tell me if there is sagging even when only the side cheekbones are reduced??ㅠㅠ

45 degrees, I'm only trying to reduce the side cheekbones, not the front cheekbones! The incision will be made on the scalp and sideburns, and only the side cheekbones will be reduced by pinning. Surgery that touches the bones (especially cheekbones) may not appear after 1-2 years, but I'm very worried because I've heard a lot that sagging due to the surgery is inevitable, whether it's 10 years or later. Sagging cheeks occur as early as 45 degrees. Could it be that the cheekbones have been reduced or shaved?
