Is this the first nose donation?

I went to three hospitals in the Sinsa area to get a consultation with Noon-jae for my first nose job (ㅇㅇㄷ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㄹㅎ).
 
The two hospitals took CT scans and they said my nasal septum was large enough so I could do surgery with my ear cartilage.
 
Ironically, the hospital that didn't get a CT scan. The director is famous for his nose and I like the shape of it, so I'm interested in it, but since I have a flat nose and have thick skin, he said that I should firmly erect it with the donor ribs rather than just using ear cartilage or nasal septum. I want a natural feel rather than something very flashy, so I asked if this is right. They say
 
that the foreign body sensation and side effects are worse with the donated rib. Please tell me the review of the donated rib in the first session.
 
Also, ㄹㅎ, there was no review of the nose as a punishment, not the eyes, so I asked what it was like if there was only one person with a nose. Please add it ㅠㅠThank you
