I went for a rhinoplasty consultation. I
had my first surgery without implants and I was thinking of having my second surgery without implants,
but I'm really confused because each hospital has different opinions....
So you're saying that my nose tip is droopy and I want to raise it again?
But some places said they would use a septum and
some places said they could use an implant. I was wondering if that would make the tip of my nose too high,
so it would look crooked when viewed from the side. But they said that if it seems okay after the surgery,
I could have it corrected by repositioning the ear cartilage that's currently on the tip of my nose.
Honestly, I'm more attracted to the second hospital.
The director there seems to be very meticulous and attentive, so I want to do it,
but which hospital should I choose?
