The middle part of the face is long in relation to the overall balance
 , so I want to make it look a little shorter through the nose.
 
The bridge of the nose is high, but the bone of the bridge of the nose is wide, so the
 bridge of the nose looks high from the side , but it does not look high
 from the front.
 The bridge of the nose is wide, so the eyebrows also tend to look wide. Yes,
 my first surgery was in 2015, where I had an osteotomy for ear cartilage at the tip of my nose, but
 I was not satisfied with the osteotomy and the tip of my nose was sagging more than before, so
 I'm currently in the hospital.
