Please check your nose.Before and after.

The previous surgery was unsuccessful and I had to retake the surgery with only the silicone removed and the tip of my nose left. It's been over a year and a half since I had the surgery...
 As you can see in the previous photo, I had a curved nose, so
 I put the tip of my nose in Silly 2mm to correct the curved nose as much as possible.
 It looks like the nose has shrunk significantly...but should I say that it looks uglier than before and that the nose is too high and pointy?
Anyway, all my acquaintances have been telling me that my nose is too sharp... and that it's pointy... and because my nose has shrunk so much, my face looks bigger. Oh, of course, I've gained a lot of weight, but...
 how does it look in the eyes of ordinary people...?
Does it seem like a good place for the surgery itself?
Is it better to have surgery...?
 Or should I go to the surgery and ask them to remove all but the silicone on the bridge of the nose and the tip of the nose?
