About no change after lifting or elevation

Since I was young, I felt like I had to pull my face because I didn't have elasticity, and now that I'm older, I'm learning a lot about it.
In fact, there is a contract with one hospital.
The problem is that while I was looking into this, I found out that there were quite a few people around me who did it.
However, there is no such dramatic change.
The reality is a sense of disconnect from many of the later photos.
No matter how natural it is, I still want to do it with a lot of heart...
 What the doctor said during the consultation keeps bothering me.
Lifting and elevation are different from nose surgery, not eye surgery, so they don't change dramatically. It's
 good because it's not commercial, but it's a little uncomfortable to hear the doctor in charge say this himself.
