Where did you get your nose contracture diagnosis?

It's been about 3 years since I had the surgery, and my nose is noticeably shorter than it was right after the surgery.
 There's no pain, heat, or a bad smell, but my friends say my nose is a lot more
 stuffy. The hospital where I had the surgery is in a local area, and it went away less than a year after the surgery. ... Even if it is not contracture, can the nose become shorter over time?
 If it is a contracture, did the hospital where you had the surgery tell you that it was a contracture, or did you go to a hospital such as an otolaryngology clinic and get diagnosed?

 I'm looking for a hospital that specializes in contracted noses and difficult noses. When I saw it in a cafe, I saw a lot of mentions of ㅂㅈ, so
