Inline vs thin in-out!

I prefer Yoona's eyes,
 but she told me to look for thin in-out ones instead because in-line ones have the risk of being upset... Celebrities look in-line, but there are many cases where they have thin in-outs...
 What is the difference between the two?
 It's not easy to tell when you see it with your eyes...
 Should I just go to a consultation, show them a picture, and ask them to straighten it like this?
 Oh, and I heard that the line inevitably sags as you get older. Should I take that into account and ask for it to be raised a little higher?
 Or is it better to stick to the line you want? Please recommend this as well.
