I had double eye correction for a man, but there was no change in eye size.

It's now been 6 days since my eye surgery, and the stitches were removed yesterday.
 I feel like I've gained the strength to raise my eyes, but my eyes are still the same size as before...?
On the contrary, if I try to open my eyes slightly wider, my eye muscles will ache and I will
 go crazy. ㅠㅠ The area where the double eyelid surgery was performed has not yet gone into the inner eyelid, but is protruding into the outer eyelid. If it goes into the inner eyelid, will my eyes get bigger..?
It's sad that nothing has changed from before even though I have double eyesight..

right eye is a little smaller, but my eye is still paired. It looks like that.. I should have asked the doctor if he could enlarge my right eye before surgery.. haha.
