Bulging after bilateral revision surgery

5 years ago, I had double eyelids due to natural adhesions, but due to misalignment, I had to undergo a reoperation and it was resolved. In April of this year, I had a complete incision at another hospital to raise the line further.
 The problem is that after the reoperation, a bulge appeared in the eyelid... and the line. The end was so narrow and bulging that it was difficult to draw eyeliner...
 More than anything, I was very concerned about this bulge, so I went to the place where I had surgery today and consulted with the doctor.
 The doctor said that I just need to remove a little of the sagging skin, but there is not much fat in my eyes. ..
 And looking at YouTube, another teacher said that the more fat you cut off, the worse the bulge gets.
 Who is right?
 I made an appointment for December with a penalty fee, but I'm so worried that it will go wrong or that it will get worse. Just thinking about having the fourth surgery. I'm depressed, but if I mess up even more and have to go to the 5th, I really... I don't know...
 This won't get better if I lower the line, right??... I'm really worried about the line at the end and the area in the middle of my eyes.
