I had nose surgery again. Should I have it again?

Today, it's been about 4 months since I went to the hospital to see the progress, and I was dissatisfied with how my nose looked up, so they said they wanted to lower the columella further. When I looked at it from the side, the tip of my nose looked very lifted.
 This time, they told me to wait up to a year, so I went to another hospital in frustration and got a consultation.
It seems like the tip of my nose is a little lifted, but the director said that this is his style. Of course, it will come down little by little, but it won't go down as much as I want.
They say that this is not a columella issue, but that the overall angle of the nose needs to be lowered to improve the lifting appearance.
In order to do this, they said that reoperation is possible starting at the 6th month and that both silicone and the tip of the nose need to be reoperated.
 What do you think you will do? If it is now the 4th month, will the tip of the nose come down further in the future? I think it will come down due to the ribs,,
 other hospitals say it won't come down as much as I want, so I'm stressed. I
 used donated costal cartilage on the tip of my nose and silicone on the bridge of my nose
 with ear cartilage. There is a high possibility that it will come down less than others because it doesn't stretch well, but I was told that it would come down more than it does now, but I'm frustrated.
 Should I have a repeat surgery on my nose after the consultation today?
