Has anyone had any side effects from filler clumps?

I had lip filler Neuramis more than half a year ago, but the corners of my mouth had not dissolved and had formed large lumps.
 When I opened my mouth, the lumps were all visible.
 In the meantime, the fillers in other areas also left a long time, so I passed it on thinking that my body type was naturally long-lasting. It was severe and scary, so
 I got an injection to dissolve hyalase. The forehead filler was old, so I had it dissolved elsewhere on the same day. Almost all of my forehead was dissolved, but why is there
 still more than 80% of it left in my lips? They
 say I have to wait and see for a week, but
 there are almost no lumps. It’s the same..
 Is it something like fibrosis..?
It's scary and I'm so depressed that I'm going to have to undergo surgery to remove a foreign body.
