If the surgery is performed while slightly lifting the upper jaw forward with two-jaw surgery, can we expect the effect of naturally raising the tip of the nose and raising it further by raising the columella, sides of the nose, and the bottom of the nose, as shown in the second picture? Noble surgery only goes up the side of the nose and I don't think it will cause any big changes in the mid-face area, so if my assumption is correct, I'm thinking about double jaw surgery. Is that possible?
