Should I do 3 types of facial contouring?

I'm a man. Not only do my cheekbones and square jaw stick out, but my entire facial bone itself is very large and wide. My temples are completely sunken (I'm confused as to whether it looks dark because my face is large). My face length is 28cm.
 
I'm worried that if I put in my cheekbones and shave my chin, I'll look even longer like a horse. I'm also having a hard time choosing a hospital.
