Just because it's a big place for clown surgery doesn't mean it's all good, right??

I'm in desperate need, but there are so many advertisements, and I thought the hospitals I went to were good,
 
but my heart pounds every time I check out various cafes and find out that they're not that great
 
. I don't even know which hospital I can trust and has a skilled director. I wonder how long I'll have to keep looking for a hospital that's good at rhinoplasty and has a lot of experience... I really don't know
 
. Since it's such a big surgery and a life-changing surgery, I'm being more careful. I guess everyone who's worried about their facial contour is like this??
 
I've been to many places so I don't know for sure, but the only place I know is ㄴㅈㅎ and ㅈㅇㅋㅇ (English).
 I heard
that the director of ㅈㅇㅋㅇ is quitting surgery now. I don't know if the director of ㄱㅅㅅ is good, and
 
many people say in the reviews that ㄴㅈㅎ gives great consultations, but there aren't many reviews.
 
I also wonder if they're really skilled. Those who did well seem to have done well... Can I trust ㄴㅈㅎ's skills?

on various plastic surgery cafes and communities
 . But in reality , I've heard that some of those cafes are connected to plastic surgery clinics... I wonder if there are any real reviews that I can trust... It's so hard...
