It's a complete double, but it's a sausage... why is it like this?

About 4 years ago, my daughter asked me to get double eyelid surgery in Seoul, so I got it at a local hospital. Partial incision.
 Now that I look at it, the scar is really sausage-like. I’m even thinking about getting another surgery because it’s a complete double eyelid,
 but don’t double eyelids usually not have sausages? When you open your eyes, you don’t have double eyelids, but these are sausages. It doesn’t seem like the eye correction was done at all. They weren’t sausages for a year after the surgery, but after exactly a year, the scars on their sausages got worse. My two nephews also got them here, but they became sausages as time passed. My daughter went to Seoul alone for consultations after becoming an adult, but she must not be satisfied. It’s really frustrating.
