Severe misalignment of eyes and frown lines due to ptosis

hello!
 I am a 38-year-old housewife.
 I have no experience or knowledge about plastic surgery, so please understand that my questions are vague. 
 
When I became pregnant for the first time in 2012, my right eyelid sank and my eyes became uneven.
 I am currently living in the United States, and
 my right eyelid did not open so badly 
 that I was admitted to have a vision problem, so 
 I underwent surgery on my right eyelid through medical insurance.
 However, because it was a medical treatment, not a cosmetic treatment, 
 only the eyes were opened at a very minimal level, resulting in severe misalignment of the eyes. 
 
I also have extremely deep and severe wrinkles between my eyebrows. 
 I got Botox once every 12 years, once 8 years ago, and 
 the person who performed Botox said that the muscles above my eyebrows were too strong. 
 I also feel sorry and upset for my young children because their faces look angry even when they are still. 
 I also learned about perfume filler that lasts for up to 10 years during petite nose surgery. I want to know if it is safe... and how much it costs.
