Morning/evening swelling after reoperation

biggest problem, more than anything else, is the difference in swelling in the morning and evening. I'm naturally prone to swelling, but in the morning, I get two big sausages in each eye...
 
In the afternoon, the size of the sausages gradually decreases, and by evening they're almost gone. So what should I do? ㅠㅠ When I wake up the next morning, I see sausages in my eyes again...
