Distinguishing between swelling and fat after double eyelid surgery..

I only got partial incision double eyelid surgery in Gyeongnam.
 
I didn’t have much eye fat and
 my upper eyelid was sagging, so the doctor said they did
 n’t need to remove fat and did a partial incision.
I went to two consultations, and the
 area behind my eyes was bulging like flesh. Hospital 2, where I consulted, said they would slightly remove fat, but Hospital 1, where I actually had the surgery, said there was nothing they could do because of the sagging flesh and just did double eyelid surgery. I trusted Hospital 1 because they said it was a place that could do natural resultsㅠㅠ
 Today is the 5th day since I had the stitches removed, and I’m worried if the bulge above my eyes is swelling or sagging fleshㅠㅠㅠ
 How do you differentiate between swelling and flesh??
