the surgery took about 2-3 hours, and I think the hardest part was the frustration because my mouth was tied for nearly 2 weeks. During this period, I only drank water and New Care, so
I lost a lot of weight. Is the nerve in my upper jaw cut and reconnected, or is it neuralgia? There was something like that. I remember not being able to sleep because I was sick.
After about a month, I started eating things like steamed eggs and felt a little better.
After about 2 years, I am now living well without any side effects. There was no nerve damage, which I was most worried about, and although it was minimal,
it seemed like everything had come back to normal after a year. The feeling that the tip of his nose was slightly cold also disappeared after the second year. On the contrary, when viewed from the side, the nose is raised and the lower jaw is retracted, creating a three-dimensional effect on the face. There is also an optical illusion that the eyes look slightly bigger. People I knew before the surgery ask me if I had it done anywhere other than the chin when I meet them after a long time. I wish I had done it a year sooner, but I regret it. no see.
More than anything, I think the biggest change is that I can feel confident when my picture is taken or photographed.
