Hello,
time flies so quickly... I'm already here with a 6 month review.
In January, I had lower jaw surgery (not double jaw surgery) and two types of contouring (square jaw/front jaw) at Y Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery!
Since I was young, I have been living with a complex because my lower jaw and occlusion were not aligned, and I
thought this would probably be something I would worry about for the rest of my life, so I decided to have surgery while I was still young.
Now, in his 6th month, he can chew hard ice without any problems and open his mouth wide.
It was difficult for the last 3 months because the sore spots in my mouth were sore, but this area is gradually getting better as time goes by.
I think my senses have returned by 70-80!! In the beginning, it was very difficult and I regretted living as I did, but now that 6 months have passed, I think the surgery went really well.
Now that my complex is gone, my self-esteem level has completely changed when I talk to others.
It’s safe to say that the swelling has gone down now!
I feel like my face has gotten smaller and I've been told that I'm pretty more often. I'm
infinitely grateful to Dr. Seokjae Lee for making the surgery safe and natural without overdoing it... hahaha Even the side effects that I thought were side effects in the beginning have all normalized, even if slowly, so I'm sure some of those who had the surgery will have a hard time. If there is someone who is doing it, I would like to tell them to look at it for at least 6 months.
Fortunately, I barely have a double chin.
I want to finish the orthodontic treatment as soon as possible and smile more confidently than now.
Next time, I will come back with a one-year review!!
