Should I have post-ablation adhesions and post-fat grafting?

I had liposuction 3 months ago, but the doctor took too much, so I have no fat left on my face. In other words, I have no subcutaneous fat at all, so not only have I become a skeleton, but I have adhesions. Because of that, I am currently receiving treatment at a famous place that was recommended to me by an acquaintance. The cost is ridiculously expensive, and the adhesions are getting better, but since I have no fat on my face, my skin is pulled by the movement of my muscles, so it is sagging and I look like a grandmother. So I'm looking into fat grafting, and some doctors say it has to be stem cells, and some say stem cells are still in the unproven stage and recommend procedures like Sculptra. I'm going crazy. What procedure should I get? In my case, I've removed too much fat, so I don't think I'll be satisfied with Sculptra, and the effects would be minimal. I think I'll need a transplant to get the effect, but they say there'll be problems with the implant on the face that's already been touched. What should I get? Are stem cells really dangerous? Most people say infection, but even if I get it done at a place with a system in place, is the side effect of infection unavoidable? But I'm not sure what to put in my face right now. My face right now really looks like a grandmother, so I've developed social phobia.

Did you have a deep fat removal? Or did you have subcutaneous fat suction around your jawline?
