 I had a philtrum reduction under the nose incision.
It's been a little over two months now, and people don't notice when I put on makeup.
It feels tight when I smile or open my mouth, but it's not too uncomfortable. I
had it reduced by 4.5mm and asked for it to feel as natural as possible.
My upper lip was very thin, but it got a little thicker during the surgery. Well,
I guess it's because it gets tight while shrinking.
I actually like it, but if your lips are thick, it would be good to consider this part when shrinking.
I went to get the injections a month after the surgery and didn't see the results, but I went soon and
took pictures and compared them with the hospital photos. I'll post a review later too.
