<전><후>My basic information
1. I got my teeth straightened -> I have a
weak temporomandibular joint. 2. I grind my teeth a lot when I sleep (I don't have the habit of clenching my teeth on a regular basis).
Since I was in middle school, I grind my teeth too much every time I sleep, so even though I've had them corrected, my doctor in charge has asked me to clean my teeth. He said he recommends getting chin botox when you become an adult because you can see the damage!
It was my first time getting Botox, so I kept putting it off because I was scared, but I thought I was being tricked and got it done twice, six months apart!
The manager touched my chin and recommended 100cc per side because I had a lot of muscle. I got it with a domestic product. Since
I have a lot of cheek fat, honestly, I don't know if my chin has become slimmer dramatically, but it is something that only I can perceive. It seems like
it, but my teeth grinding has really improved a lot!! I didn't grind my teeth at all for 3-4 months after getting Botox, but I'm currently studying abroad, so I haven't been able to get it for about 8 months. These days, I wake up to the sound of my teeth
grinding. I think people who have problems with bruxism or jaw joints can improve functionally rather than cosmetically!
