I had good double chin and the results were good, but as time went by and my face started sagging from the front, I had to get a face lift and a neck lift lol. It wasn't very noticeable from the front, but I had a severe double chin on the sides, so I had surgery. At first, I only planned a face lift, but it didn't solve the bulky area under my chin. I decided to get a neck lift at the last minute because I was satisfied with the results. My biggest concern was the area under my chin, but it really disappeared. The incision line is less visible from the front, but you can see it when you put your hair in a ponytail! I guess I'll have to cover up with sunscreen for the time being. My face is still swollen. To be honest, I hope the swelling doesn't go down. It's a real shame that the fat on my face is disappearing as I get older.
