Even if you don't have surgery, you'll get saggy cheeks anyway as you get older.. And I've never heard of fixing pins and screws rolling around inside the face.. After 6 months to 2 years, the medical team says it's hard to remove them, but does that make sense? no?

Oops ㅠㅠ It should be well removed ㅠㅠ I've had cheekbones and a square jaw for about 7 years, and I don't have a problem with screws.. I have a lot of worries about sagging cheeks, but I still don't regret the surgery ㅠㅠ The wide cheekbones were more stressful ㅠㅠ
