Round raised part of sideburn incision

As the title suggests, only the sideburn incisions were round and protruding. What is this? Is it really like this? I did 3 types and today is day 9. I took off the band around my sideburns, but there was a part sticking out. I thought something hard was bone, but according to common sense, bone doesn't make sense... Is it like breast meat? When will this come out?

I've had it for about 4 months and it gets itchy so I scratch it and it gets even redder. I'll wait a while and apply chest ointment to tighten it. The hard thing is the screw that held the cheekbone in place.

For reference, the screws will stretch over time and become invisible when you touch them.

That's a rear clown! There aren't many places that provide back cheek shaving, so I went to the hospital and asked because it's dangerous. They said they don't do back cheek shaving and that there will be a bump and that you will be able to tell when you touch it.

It's a back cheekbone. It's a fan-shaped cheekbone that gets wider as it goes toward the back, so I should have made a final incision and put in a cheekbone arch, but I just had cheekbone surgery the way everyone else does. It's not going to go away over time, and the hospital will just say it's swelling.
