Lack of chin tip advancement

Because the short chin was so severe, even the chin tip advancement 6mm yielded insufficient results. At the hospital, they say it's dangerous if it's over 6mm, and they say no more... To be honest, there's no difference, and I know how to keep my mouth shut just as well as before surgery. It's because the amount of advancement at the tip of the chin is insufficient. If there is a good hospital, please recommend it.
