실밥은 2/11에 재거했습니다!
실밥 풀기전에 빨대쓰면 압때문에 터진댓는데
전 그냥 사흘전부터 막 썼구여..
두군데 정도 파묻혀서 좀 더 일찍 풀었어도 됐었대요
실밥 푸는건 안아팠구 몇개는 녹아서 떨어졌대요
파묻힌거 빼는거 아프다는데 그냥 손톱 거스러미 뜯는 정도 였구용
피 하루이틀 난다고 했는데 안났어요

피콜로같은 재생력 같으니..

큰 붓기는 아랫쪽만 남아서
약간 사탕물고있눈 느낌이라고 저번주엔 그랬는데
어제 본 아는 오빠는 부드러워진 인상이라고 그랬어요

원장님이 아랫턱은 ㅅ절골이랑 티절골 사이라고 말씀해주셨규용
저 붓기 다빠지면 어떤 얼굴형일까요 라고 물어보니까
쫙 브이는 아니구 동글+갸름일텐데 나도 궁금하다 라고 대답해주셨.... 팩트로 때리심

자고일어나면 <<<이쪽말고는 >>이쪽은 거의 붓기가 없구요
땡기미는 30분씩 시간날때마다 해주고 있어요 얼음팩도 하구요

호박즙 두벅스 먹었는데
산책20분 하는게 더 효과 빠르더라구요...? ....

아 제가 촬영일 하는데
 작가님들이 사진보다 예쁘시네요 동안이시네요
하셔서 돈을 많이 들얐거든요 라고 대답했어요 ㅋㅋ
최대 나이보다 10살 어린나이로 들었어욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

비포애프터도 올릴게요 얼굴형만 봐주세요
거의포샵한거라ㅠㅠ 포샵안한게 요거밖에없네용

이제 피가래는 아예 안나오구
부드러운 에그샌드위치 (한쪽밖에못먹어요)나
계란찜이랑 물에만 밥 같은거 먹어용^^

쭉 업데이트 할게요!!!!! ;)

제일 힘든게 금주네요ㅠ 한달차에 술 마셔도 된댔는데 맥주 한캔 정도만 허락 받았어요..
그리고 수슐하고 일주일지나고 온수매트 자다가 꺼진적 있는데 바로 감기걸렸어요 면역력 엄청 떨어져요
글구 저만 엄청 추워하구 ㅠㅠㅠ 몸 관리잘하세요ㅜ

+ 아 그리고 붓기관리하구 마지막에 기초 발라주는데
피부 예민하신 분들응 조심하세요
저 민감성파부라 피부과화장품만 쓰는데
거기서 기초받구 피부 완전 뒤집어졌거든요ㅠㅠ
압출도못허구.. ㅜㅠ 제품 뭔지 확인하세용
전 담부턴 제거 가져가서 발라달라 하려규요..

It's pretty~^^ I'm curious. I'm on the 22nd day of 3 types of contours... Are you feeling pain on both sides of your jaw when chewing...??? I'm okay with the left side... but the right side has a slightly tingling feeling when chewing... Soft things like porridge are fine...
