Do you bleed from the stitches in your mouth?

I had cheekbones + square chin for 13 days, but since yesterday, when I gargle, the stitches are slightly stingy and blood comes out a little bit. It doesn't come out much, but it's uncomfortable because it comes out every time I gargle.. Isn't there something wrong? It's embarrassing when it suddenly appears. I'm worried that the wound might have been opened because I ate too hard.

You took out the stitches, but is it happening? You said you should be careful before removing it.

[@Jiniebfi] I haven't taken the stitches off yet. I called the hospital and asked about it. But, I'm going to be more careful from today.

Visit the hospital right away..! If you grow sick, you will suffer.
