What do you think it would be like to make a partial incision on a man’s eye like this?

I consulted with a plastic surgeon, and they only recommended a partial incision. Is this an eye that doesn't need other epicanthoplasty or eye correction? What do you guys think?

근데 자로재보니까 미간거리가 4.6~4.7 정도에요..이러면 앞트임 할수밖에 없나요??
