Will the swelling get worse after a month of incision?

It's been a little over 3 weeks since the incision surgery. It's said that I was incompetent, so why do I look greasy? And it's been a month since the incision, but it's getting worse here? I'm worried because it doesn't look like it'll fall outㅠ I have a lot of worries even after doing double handsㅠ
