I did the back cut and it definitely looked pretty. I didn't worry about what would happen if it was weird because I knew that both ends of my eyes would go up and my eyes would go down while opening the back because my eyes were a little small. However, they say that all surgeries have side effects. The biggest side effect is that after the posterior canthoplasty, the skin and the eyeballs were separated before that, but by cutting the flesh, the boundary between the skin and the eyeball created a gentle slope, and foreign substances and dust easily entered the eye. After a few months like this, my eyeballs became light yellow. Before that, the whites were clean white, but now they're yellow, so that's sad. I don't even smoke. Anyway, it was surgery 5 years ago, so I don't know about back canthoplasty now, but my clean whites can't be recovered. Other than that, it looked pretty.
