I did it yesterday...
It didn't hurt at all... but you'll only know once I remove the stitches. .

There are a lot of people asking about epicanthoplasty. There is no scarring at all... On the day of the surgery, I cried because it was so painful, but I took painkillers and got better right away... I don't know after the surgery, but I just tied it up as if I had drawn eyeliner. That's what I did... but there is no scarring.
It's only been 3 days since I had the epicanthoplasty, so I guess I'll have to wait a little longer to
find out. Once the stitches are taken out, I'll post a review then.
