I was counting down the minutes and waiting for about 2-3 weeks
, wondering when I would recover and when my skin would feel soft, but it was like this for a whole month ;;
But after a month, I think I just went about my daily life without worrying about my heart at all.
Of course, it is still annoying to apply capsular contractures, ointments, and breast creams, but it
has now become a routine.
Since everything is over within a year anyway, wouldn’t a year be too soon?
It lasts a lifetime, but I think you can suffer for about a year.
And I don't stretch well, so a month and almost two weeks? Until then, I couldn't raise my arms completely
