I came back on the 20th day and I'm so glad that I've improved a lot.
On days 1-7, getting up and lying down was the hardest. Hell...
I was depressed because I got hit a lot and the swelling was no joke...
Days 7-14: Compared to the 7th day, I felt so much better, and I
wondered if I would recover so quickly. Hahaha.
I couldn't lie down completely. I wore a box tee, not just clothes with zippers,
and I felt sad that I couldn't wear pretty clothes because of the upper band.
I took capsular contracture medication twice, but I got acne on my chest, so I didn't take it. The doctor said I shouldn't take it if I get acne, so I am currently on the 14th to 20th day of treatment. I only wear an
upper band in the evenings, and during the day, I go around wearing a bralette or tank top with no wires and only a cap! !
I don't particularly wear shapewear. Now it's completely comfortable to lie down and get up, and my senses have returned to about 80 degrees, so it's comfortable. But it's sore, so this is the only thing that's uncomfortable. I forget it when I take a shower, and I'm surprised haha. But I'm living a different life. Even if I try on clothes for a while, my body
hurts
. It's different...
Don't worry, just do it. I have chest room 12 and haven't experienced any chest pain. I
put in 400 and 375 on the left. I'll post a picture and I
'll post a picture. I wonder why they did it now. I had surgery in the summer and there was nothing uncomfortable other than the upper band. I'll be back in a month then!
