It's the day after the surgery and it seems like it's gotten really, really small. Should I just stick with it..?

It was on the 30th day of surgery and the picture was taken yesterday! That's the picture on the first day. My chest size was bad, so I went for full 375 and demi 320... After going to about 6 consultations, they were good and not too excessive, so when I asked for a recommendation, I got an average size for you, but I got a large chest size of 80. Maybe it's because it's small, but it looks smaller than expected...? Will it be better than this as my anger subsides over time?? Looking at the reviews after a day or two, it doesn't seem to be this small... I heard before the surgery that the grass seed would come out... but I don't think that's the case at all....? Should I just give it a try? ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
