I had a deviated septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy and was told that surgery was needed to harmonize the overall nose due to facial asymmetry.
There is no resident anesthesiologist, and sedation anesthesia is used instead of general anesthesia. I felt like they were checking the functional nose thoroughly, but I felt like they were good at grooming so I could leave it to them. I had faith.
